Would recommend to others.
Delivery is punctual and everything in order. Would be good to indicate coffee/tea at the front of the box rather than behind.
Food is decent and delivery was on time. Great for a refreshments break.
Food taste good though presentation/packaging can be better.
On time and efficient.
Value for Money, good food...
Caterspot customer service was great, however food was delivered very late.
Good Job. Keep it up! Swissbake and CaterSpot with good service as all went well with text informing in advance when items will arrive. Keep me in peace :) I had a surprise from Swissbake who included some dessert with my order for all my pax. That was Awesome surprise!. Thank you both!.
The sandwich is delicious and filling.
Second time order. Quality is good. Good and responsive. Requested for changes in delivery time and gotten a reply promptly.
Kraftwich by Swissbake did a great job by preparing all the food on time. Very happy with the quality of their food and service!
Very good platform to search and order.
Smoked salmon sandwich was good. Could have more variety on party platters. Should have a mix of vegetarian as well
The cakes and sweet temptation platter are awesome. the portion are just nice and everyone love it. Thank you for the timely delivery and delicious tea break.
Our previous experience was better. The sandwiches were a tad dry. We would not order the sweet pastries again.
Great choice and pastries was really good. The muesli was so good! Like the options on one site. Makes it easier with planning.
I've been ordering meal deliveries from CaterSpot for all my meeting events. CaterSpot platform provides many options to choose from. I choose CaterSpot bcos of the services provided in terms of customer service response to my enquiries, prompt deliveries; I receive reminders of my orders and update of delivery status on the same day.
Convenient! Good quality food value for money.
My repeat purchased with them and they are always on time with my requested timing which I am impressed ! Flexible delivery timing and there isnt any additonal cost to that. thank you for delivering on time !
Presentation
Ordered this for an office breakfast / training. The food came slightly earlier than the allocated time and the pastries were nice and warm and fresh! Food was well received by the staff. I got a call to inform me that the order had arrived and I really appreciated that. Was very impressed when I opened the boxes and saw how well presented the food was. Thank you!
food taste is good and arrive as shown in the pictures
