Food quality and delivery service are good, however portion is small.
The Kraftwich & croissants were nice. However, would appreciate if your staffs don't quarrel in the presence of customers.
Nice sandwiches and nice big portions. There are sets too and lots of little pastries to choose from. I really had no complaints. A bit of the high price but then service and food good.

A range of salads and sandwiches as well as fresh pressed juice make this a great alternative to the usual restaurants. Prices are good as well.
Hazelnut log cake. Rich and creamy with multiple layers of chocolate hazelnuts cream. Its very rich and thick so some people will not like it, but chocolate lovers will be pampered. Price is decent.
I liked that special requests, e.g. cut the sandwich into two, were carried out. The finger sandwiches were rather dry by the time the food was delivered. The Wholesome Kraftwich were nice.
Swissbake has been accomodating with my orders. As the food are meant for children, we have requested to have the smoked salmon sandwiches replaced with another available filling. The children thoroughly enjoyed the sandwiches and sweet pastry and they had more than 2 servings, besides having the birthday cake, for their tea break!
Bread of the sandwich was a little dry
The snacks were good and packed nicely in boxes.
Fuss-free order, pretty much happy with everything.
Swissbake was wonderful to accommodate our timing. The food was fresh and well made. Pastries nice and flaky. Chicken pies were hot and very good. Full of chunks of chicken, mushroom, carrots and potatoes. Finger sandwiches were gone in a flash. Food was also presented quite nicely in cardboard boxes with windows.
Food was still warm upon delivery which is good .
