Good competitive prices, many options and effiicent! As I had a last minute order, I called for assistance and was attended to by Lettie efficiently. The system kept me updated on the progress of the order, even advising me when the delivery person arrived and was offloading.
Neat packaging and nice food Packaging was very neat and presentable, pastries came warm and nice.
Food was good, it was still hot when it arrived. However have made a simple request for some free napkins as its for some events and thought that Swissbake's napkins will be more presentable. Request was rejected even though my order was abt $500. All the CSO at caterspot were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Ms Nora who has been very helpful and efficient in providing the necessary info on my queries. Have recommended caterspot to my colleagues from other teams.
Swissbake serves healthy and fresh products, my clients loved the salad and portions is big. To negotiate with the caterers on packaging to prevent spillage.
The delivery was on time. however, all my boxes and the plastic carrier was covered/drizzled with sugary and oily stuff, making it impossible to serve using the boxes provided.
