My order was for an early event which require them to deliver by 9am. And they managed to come slightly earlier. Food was well received by my staff too. Would consider again for morning catering needs!

Updates after placing the order was timely and appropriate. Delivery SMS were useful and delivery was early a few minutes, which was good because it eased my mind that the food aspect was settled. Will recommend and order again.

Delivery to multiple locations was seamless! Responses from CaterSpot's helpdesk/support team was initially a little slow, but ultimately their team was very helpful in organizing a delivery to multiple locations for a virtual event, even though it was a fairly small order. Overall a great experience with Caterspot!
