It was a pleasant experience engaging Kopi & Tarts for the tea break refreshment at our workshop event. Although the arrangement was on a delivery-only basis and required self-setup, the overall presentation turned out well.

Food arrived early and well packaged -- Good job, considering it was a morning order and we are located in Tuas. All items labelled clearly, and portion size was good. Food tasted okay, Kopi-O was a little sweet but generally all still okay. Tea was delicious. Would definitely use again as it was a fuss free experience.

The delivery came a little bit earlier than expected and thus the puffs and egg tarts have turned cold. Although the packaging and the taste is really, really nice and everyone enjoyed them.I've always been using CaterSpot for my company events. They have good customer service support as well. They update the deliveries at all times.

Food was good. Sandwiches were of good size. Somehow the cover for the tea-to-go box was defective so it was covered with cling wrap. Made it a little tricky to pour out so that was the only downside

The curry puff and chicken pie has very thin fillings. We could only taste the puff skin. Worst vendor ever.
Wrong Item. They change our picnic set to some other items despite sending over our orders 3-4 days before. They should have informed us earlier instead of on the day itself which I think this could be better managed. They should proposed us varieties for the replacement instead of just one type which made me feels that they just want to get the order done and over with.
