“Wrong Item”

They change our picnic set to some other items despite sending over our orders 3-4 days before. They should have informed us earlier instead of on the day itself which I think this could be better managed. They should proposed us varieties for the replacement instead of just one type which made me feels that they just want to get the order done and over with.
