"Yew Kee Duck Rice uses the traditional Teochew method of braised duck cooking together with special recipes in braised sauce and chili making handed down by the founder’s father (Seah Teck Yew (謝徳友), who had been very popular in his neighbourhood for selling delicious duck rice during the 1950s and 60s.

Today, Yew Kee Duck Rice’s outstanding pairing of braised sauce made from 10 over different type of herbs, spices and ingredients with its delicious chilli is the driving force to her successful expansion where the brand can be easily found island wide."
