Booked for 12pm, caterer came at 11am for the setup. Setup completed around 11.45am so the timing was alright. Food was OK not bad, just that the swordfish is a bit too 'fishy'. The chocolate Christmas log cake was very chocolatey and nice but a bit too dry. Overall everything is good!

Does not taste like the order. We ordered Eclair as the dessert which is shown in the menu and was replaced to alternative which was communicated to us in advanced. Ordered fried mantou as shown in the menu and ended up need to cancel as caterer unable to fulfil the order. The taste of the standard of the dishes were unexpected from one of the reputable caterer. The salted egg fish fillet taste without salted egg taste. There is no oat cereal can be virtually seen on the prawns, and it is merely like oily and sticky prawn. The sauteed sliced beef was not tendered at all. The golden sotong ball was hard and the refreshing citrus orange squash was blend (no point adding so much water to same amount of syrup. Quality is more important than quantity). There is no mini signage placed in front of the dishes and made the guests guessed (a handful of them do not eat beef but there was no option to replace beef to alternative). Out of the 11 dishes package, 5 dishes ruin our 21st birthday celebration and made one wonders. The dishes did not taste like one of the reputable caterers. When 5 out of 11 (45%) dishes failed the guests' expectation, how would one encourage circle of friends to support Stamford? :(

Food portion is good.It is a mini buffet & it packed nicely with a warmer bag but food still not so warm.So need to accept the fact that the food grow cold fast.Overall , guest is happy with the food.

The collection on the setup was terrible late. Supposed to collect between 2.30-3.00 pm but was delayed till 6.30 pm.

Well done! First time trying out Stamford catering, my colleagues likes the food. Traditional Tahu Goreng with Peanut Sauce could be better as it is bit bland. Everything else was a pleasant experience and food was quite generous too. well done !

Even though the buffet is not full set up. Menu is great!!! Worth the price ❤️ Well packed. Highly recommended.

Food were all delicious but they send the food too early, was asked at 12noon but 11am already arrived. They claimed too many order deliveries. Also the cheesecakes was all tumbled over during the delivery. They also did not send sufficient ladles for the dishes, only 4 was given but we ordered 10 dishes.

Punctual and the delivery person called me half hour ahead to inform the time of arrival. Food was delicious and portions sufficient.
