Timely and well organised. Food’s great!
This was not the first time we have used Stamford catering but while the setup and display was a breeze and eye catching, the food was way not up to mark. Not sure if it was a international medley that they dont usually cater for but the prawn dish was dry and tasteless without the sauce. The garlic butter rice was very dry too according to some of my colleagues. The lamb was good but most of the other dishes was not up to the impression Stamford have left me.

Delivery was 20mins late, with no phone call nor notification that delivery will be late. It was embarrassing that meeting delegates were waiting for lunch to be delivered, not to mention the embarrassment for me to have to setup the buffet trays while delegates were looking at me.
Food quantity was ok today but could cut down on the sugar level. The dessert was too sweet. Everything was OK
Delivery was on time and instructions given on how to use the heating pack to heat up the mini buffet.
All items were delicious and generous, impressed with the level of details Stamford catering prepared for a seamless mini tea break. Table cloths, food warmers, tongs and trash bags were all provided. Will recommend and use them again!One stop center for us to choose caterer from and there are updates/notifications at every step.

The Samosa not crispy and Salted Egg Fish was too chewy & not tasty. Chocolate eclair was not tasty. The fork, spoon & plates are of good quality & quantity and the setup was good.
Stamford catering is well known but the prawn not fresh . Disappointed
Booked for 12pm, caterer came at 11am for the setup. Setup completed around 11.45am so the timing was alright. Food was OK not bad, just that the swordfish is a bit too 'fishy'. The chocolate Christmas log cake was very chocolatey and nice but a bit too dry. Overall everything is good!

Does not taste like the order. We ordered Eclair as the dessert which is shown in the menu and was replaced to alternative which was communicated to us in advanced. Ordered fried mantou as shown in the menu and ended up need to cancel as caterer unable to fulfil the order. The taste of the standard of the dishes were unexpected from one of the reputable caterer. The salted egg fish fillet taste without salted egg taste. There is no oat cereal can be virtually seen on the prawns, and it is merely like oily and sticky prawn. The sauteed sliced beef was not tendered at all. The golden sotong ball was hard and the refreshing citrus orange squash was blend (no point adding so much water to same amount of syrup. Quality is more important than quantity). There is no mini signage placed in front of the dishes and made the guests guessed (a handful of them do not eat beef but there was no option to replace beef to alternative). Out of the 11 dishes package, 5 dishes ruin our 21st birthday celebration and made one wonders. The dishes did not taste like one of the reputable caterers. When 5 out of 11 (45%) dishes failed the guests' expectation, how would one encourage circle of friends to support Stamford? :(

Food portion is good.It is a mini buffet & it packed nicely with a warmer bag but food still not so warm.So need to accept the fact that the food grow cold fast.Overall , guest is happy with the food.
The collection on the setup was terrible late. Supposed to collect between 2.30-3.00 pm but was delayed till 6.30 pm.
