Food is still hot upon arrival, nice and yummy. Service is good. I had place order twice which I also never realised and it was Siti who called to confirm the order then i realise it. DimSum delivered was still very fresh, very warm and delicious too. Disposable cutlery provided was of good quality compared to some caterers.
Their Service is great, they even called me up to inform us that our order had been received. Email reminded was also sent to remind us of our order. they even send a short video on how to fold the cover of the box so we can just conveniently arrange them nicely for everyone to enjoy. They even called to check what time we will be having the food as they recommend that it will be nicer to have them hot/warm. Food received was still hot and nice to eat.

I was very pleased with their service. On top of that, the food was Fantastic!!! This was my first time ordering from House of Dimsum. I was pleasantly surprised when the delivery arrived with a sturdy insulated bag, foldable mesh dustbin, garbage bag, individually wrapped utensils, table cloth and plastic plates! The delivery man also kindly explained to me how to display the boxes of food nicely. I was very pleased with their service. On top of that, the food was Fantastic!!! Every single guest kept asking me “where is this dimsum from?? It’s so good!” And everyone ate to their hearts content. There was more than enough food for my guests and ourselves (6 girls and 3 guys, including ourselves) for our morning brunch. Overall extremely happy with the food and service from House of Dimsum.
