Delivery was late due to poor preparation time control. Had to have my guests of 50 wait or 30-40mins before their food arrives.

We had asked for 4 serving lines but the team was instructed to do 2. However, the team was super and managed to make the change to 4 serving lines on the spot. Food was pretty good except the deep fried croquette. Overall had a great experience, thank you.

Healthier choice. The food option by Grains is interesting and more towards healthier choice, it is something different from our usual traditional menu.

Food was good although portion size and look of the set up was quite underwhelming. Shashuka had an unexpected amount of spinach in it which received mixed feedback. Fish was great

chicken & tom yam pasta was good mushroom taste was of as its tooo sweet, should just add it in the tom yam which frying portion was just nice for 1 mixed food was fresh too

The portion of the food was great except for the pasta which was tasteless n soggy..need improvement. Pumpkin dish also has not much taste..

Food quality was good and tasty. So far the food quality was good, and tasty except for one of the orders where the salmon was little raw. Pricing was I felt too pricey for the value of the food even when I believe it included delivery charges in it

One of the best takeaway lunches I’ve had in months during circuit breaker. The Caramelised Beef Char Siu Bento from Grain is tender and flavour packed with savoury notes and finishes off with a slight caramelisation that leaves kept me going for spoonfuls! The bed of barley & brown rice pairs extremely well, absorbing the zhup (gravy) of the beef while lending contrast in terms of texture.
