Overall, the grain station setup was good. However, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the broccoli and spaghetti, which were slightly hard in texture. In addition, the food was not kept sufficiently warm. As the chafing dish uses a water bath system, the candle heats the water rather than directly heating the food. It appeared that the water temperature was not hot enough, resulting in the food being served cold. Thank you for your attention to this feedback, and we look forward to further improvements at future events.

Setup was nice, timely, and well done. Love the arrangement and professional setup + teardown - kudos to the staff. Food was tasty and variety was great!

The delivery person was new and wanted to familiarise herself with the location. Given that reason, it's okay that delivery came much earlier than expected. Good thing we had the thermal insulation bags to keep it real warm till the end. Will be great if the side dishes and cold food also came with insulation to maintain freshness after drop off.

overall, everyone liked the food, set up is simple and food is labeled although we felt the food was not as much as we would wish for- Luckily, we catered for 40pax.

Delivery was late due to poor preparation time control. Had to have my guests of 50 wait or 30-40mins before their food arrives.

Healthier choice. The food option by Grains is interesting and more towards healthier choice, it is something different from our usual traditional menu.
