I was worried that the food is not going to be alright and delivery will not be on time or it may not appear. I wasn't sure what to expect because it was my first time ordering! BUT SURPRISINGLY it all turns out well and the food was GREAT, my colleagues and I enjoyed it. Because it was handled by Caterspot I can contact them easily and get everything sorted without stress.

Food portion was generous. The delay in delivery is totally unacceptable especially when the contact person kept assuring me that it will be delayed in 10 minutes time when finally the delivery person told me that the vehicle broke down along the way.

“A great experience and would order again!”

On time, conveniently packaged in a big bag. Packed in a new knife, which was very useful for us (non-Muslim family) to reassure our Muslim guests. Would have been helpful if could have included a new fork too so that it'll be easier to carve the turkey. Excellent food and everyone praised the turkey which was moist and accompanied with delicious cranberry sauce. Chicken drumlets were delicious too, they all disappeared. The turkey ham was too salty and few people touched it. Overall, a great experience and would order again.

Caterer could fulfill a considered late order which was done a day before. Very nice layout! CaterSpot was prompt in checking for available caterers and offered alternative caterers
