The food was great, except for the cakes which were too soft (melted) and couldn’t be put into the fridge as they need to be served on the spot. Caterer to give us a call after accepting order for us to feel at ease? But thank you for the great and fast service.

Finger food selection to be sold separately. If there are more finger food selection which is sold separately instead of a set (for eg: afternoon package), then we will have more food choice to select from.
CaterSpot makes catering so easy with just a click of a few buttons. Cedele is renowned for their baking goods - delivery was punctual and packaging was perfect. Thank you! Wanted a quick change of beverage from coffee to tea and requested at least 24 hours prior to event, but was declined any changes to the order. I understand if food orders can't be changed, but for beverages?

Generous amount of food. Lots of options for the guests. Nice presentation and the guests really like the Bombay chicken tart. .
Food was great. The SMS’s to let me know who was delivering and that they were on their way was great. They placed the food boxes nicely on the table for me. The food was great and enough for all. Many complimented that the food was great!
Coordination between caterer is well organized. Receive prompt response whenever i have request. .
I loved all the cakes, they are really yummy worth the money. More options on menus cause some items on their menus the caterer never put it up there on your platform
Quality of the food is very consistent. I think it is a good choice for office catering but just a bit too pricey. It could do better with some flexibility over the menu items.
Caterspot is very prompt in the customer service. It updated the status of the order and delivery promptly which gave customer the assurance and peace of mind. Really appreciate the timely updates. Delivery was on time too. Will engage this service again.

Fresh and delectable! The food was fresh and delectable , however I wish the rolls were wrapped in clingwrap than opaque .also using red & green dots is easy& recognition along with detailed description

On time delivery, in fact around 15 min early. Very nicely package food, best carrot cake in town. It was great.
The service was prompt and good. I think taste is subjective. It is overall healthy and not too sweet.
