“I ordered a CNY buffet, the setup was nicely decorated and food was good! ”

Overall, the order was smooth and the SMS to check on the order was a good touch. It would be reassuring if the caterer can email/sms me directly to confirm the order as the only communication I got was from caterspot and I wasn't 100% sure that the caterer would come. The website is very nice and easy to navigate. However, I am unable to remove orders from cart because the x button only appears when I hover over the title.

Ordered the Christmas Party set from WORD for our small celebration in the office and everyone enjoyed the food. Only small complain is some of the clams are not fresh but overall no complaints. When choosing the delivery time / date, it was stated that we can contact the caterer directly to reconfirm if the time slot is available even though it was not available but there is no contact details available for the respective caterers. It would be convenient if the contact numbers are indicated.
