The food tastes great, deliverer was very friendly, food was packaged well to ensure it remained hot. Even though some of the food items were not what I had ordered, they tasted good too.

“Everyone complimented that the food is delicious”

The portions are really huge for a mini buffet as well. The delivery guy was friendly and helpful, overall very good first experience and will defitnely order again for my next gathering. Thank you so much!

One would think that “Baked Dory Fillet with Lemon Butter Sauce” is kinda like your pan fried Fish Fillet with a herb rub. But to our nightmare, it is not. It was overcooked tasteless fish chunks in creamy white soup. A nightmare to the eyes and a disaster to the palate. Potato Wedges were super dishevelled and skinny very cold mushy. Our once-upon-a-time fave caterer is now our nightmare.

Honestly I was satisfied with our previous experience with this caterer in terms of food taste and quality. However, today's lack of common sense left a very bad impression on us. My management team had specifically told me not to use this caterer again.

WORD. is our current fave caterer! Their portions are great and food is delicious, always on-time as well. The Garlic Butter Rice is fragrant, Oven Roasted Black Pepper Chicken Chop is a tad too dry this time, but the Buttered Broccoli and Baby Carrots were well-seasoned. Their bentos are value for money.

Order was $5.50 Set 2 and unfortunately it was not well-received. :( The Sesame Oil Chicken was too oily and the sauce was suspicious - not really sesame sauce but chunky brown sauce. Breaded Butterfly Prawn was a measly Tempura Ebi which lack lustre. Sautéed Cabbage with Assorted Mushrooms was more pickled style?

We ordered the $6 Bento Box (Signature Rendang Chicken, Breadcrumb Fish Fillet, Egg Tofu with Minced Chicken, Nonya Chap Chye, Steamed Rice) and for the price paid, it's very worth it. The portions were great and the flavours were just right. Appreciate that WORD. allows the order of just 1 Vegetarian Bento Box as this is rare with many other vendors.
