There were no label and no order list. It will be helpful if order list is being provided together so that staff can find their own order.
Delivery was very quick and came half an hour before the requested delivery time. We asked for each carton to be labelled accordingly so we could distribute them easily between 45 people, very helpful service!
Ordering process was swift. Delivery was on-time. Collection was easy after arrangement with the driver. Food taste was nice and as expected.

Not satisfactory as my previous order from Wok Hey was labelled correctly. This time, none of the bentos were labelled. Also my order cauliflower fried rice with prawns - prawns not fresh and the rice a bit soggy.

I ordered 25 Shanghai fried rice and 1 cauliflower fried rice. The latter was wrongly labelled as Shanghai fried rice. That caused unhappiness with the colleague who ordered that as the person who did not request for that already ate half of the portion.
I ordered rice and noodles and only received spoons for the rice. There are no chopsticks. It would be difficult if I didn't have extra here with me. Other than that, food was tasty and delicious.
