We were extremely disappointed that the food delivery came without any cultery even though the website clearly stated that cutlery would be provided. Fortunately, we managed to find some plates in office but could you imagine the mess we would have left if we had Tacos without any plates. I'm glad that this was an informal office team lunch where everyone was kind and understanding. Although the CaterSpot has responded and offered to (re)deliver the cultery, I didn't see a point for them to do so since they also told me 'it might take some time' and we were alr started eating. I sincerely hope that this is an one-off incident and hope that the caterer can bring back this feedback to improve the whole process!

The portions of the foods is alot and all my colleagues loves it. Will definitely order from Vatos Urban Tacos again.

The presentation looks messy, not suitable for management meeting lunches. However taste is good.
