Not your typical Taiwan noodles. Tried the Scallion Oil Noodles at Twin Island Noodle, and pretty impressed! It's not your typical Taiwan noodles. The noodles themselves are something else - chewy and kinda like the fancy homemade pasta. Finished my bowl and felt surprisingly light and fresh, not bloated and heavy like after some street food. They use real, fresh, and natural flavour in it, no funny business with additives.
