“Old school pig organ soup!”

Old school pig organ soup with preserved mustard leaf, which is popular with diners for their clear & tasty soup. The inards/organs is cleaned properly & there isnt a strong offal smell. The stall also offers intestines stuffed with glutinous rice & chestnut which isn't commonly available these days.
