The food from Soup Spoon was tasty and well-packaged overall, but the experience could’ve been smoother. Each order came with multiple individual items (some with 2–3 components), which made distribution a bit chaotic. It would’ve helped if the items were clearly grouped. Additionally, the delivery felt very rushed — the driver was insistent on unloading and wrapping things up quickly, which added unnecessary pressure during handover. A bit more time and organization would’ve made a big difference.
Wonderful experience..from ordering to delivery and definitely taste. Will definitely order for other occasions.
Food presentation is well done. The only thing was the delivery was slow. Scheduled to arrive at 12.15pm but food was delivered at 12.40pm.
User friendly & easy to use and delivery is always made on time! But maybe a time notification alert could be better to automatically prompt user using the platform about the delivery status, rather than have to login on browser before checking the updates. Only used it twice and I think I'll hold on to any comments for now. But all is good as for now.
Staff are always happy and enjoyed their soup and sandwich.
Seoul-Full Bowl is tasty but rice really too little and turned out too much veg and not filling at all as compared to Warrior Bowl & Chop Chop Bowl whereby rice and salad were more balanced and filling.

Everything was great as the caterer labeled and state all items clearly and individually. This saves precious time trying to figure out what type of salad or soup it is. There has been inconsistency with the caterspot website and the caterer's practice. This is especially true when it comes to the disposable cutleries and napkins (which did not come with the orders, despite it being stated as it will be part of the delivery items)
Food as good and tasty as usual. We ordered the Soupervalue Set and all of us loved it, we will be back for more!
1st time trying "The Salad Fork Bowls" and it was tasty

spilled and stained. Caterspot should review on the delivery vendors as when i received the food, some were spilled and stained. This caused lots of inconvenience to my event literally.
The food was great and arrival was early even. They missed out one item but quickly called me to rectify if it was okay to do refund for the item or deliver a bit later as driver had to go back to collect it.

Healthier and Leaner Meals. Surprised to see that the Soup Spoon menu has more than just soup dishes. It's got some healthier and leaner meals like wraps, salads and of course soups. Fresh warm bread is always available with soup meals.
Like that they kept us informed promptly of delivery status.

It was a pleasant surprise getting our Christmas lunch order from Soup Spoon. Besides being on point for their soups, we had no idea the rest of the dishes were going to be absolutely delicious. The roast chicken was impressive - perfectly cooked, and the shepherd's pie was to die for. Even the Yule Log cake was comparable to Peach Garden's. Highly recommended.
Great Dining Experience. Great place for soup with healthy sides offered (red rice, broccoli etc.)
