“Food is decent, service is good but logistic needs improvement. ”

Missed cutleries, tables and disposables in the first delivery. Some tables are still missed on second delivery. These mistakes are costly both to the company and consumer. Staff from Caterspot has to be more than a postman. If not, the consumer would go directly to the caterer.

“Everything was well provided by the caterer which was very good. Delivery was on time and food was kept warm in the bag provided. The only complaint was the chicken which was a bit tasteless and dry.”

“Good selection!”

Good selection of foods to choose from. Used Stamford Catering many times (Dad's book launch at National Library, Mum's 90th Birthday, relatives' visit from Indonesia, and most recently daughter's 17th birthday... have never been disappointed.
