Overall, the Steamed Mantou setup was well received and welcomed by our staff. The food quality was good, and the presentation was nicely done. In particular, the artificial flower décor was clean, new, and added a pleasant visual touch to the setup. However, there is one area of concern. The steamer cover appeared rusty (“karat”), which gave an impression of poor maintenance. This is not ideal for a monthly staff event and may raise food hygiene and safety concerns, especially if staff were to come into contact with the steamer. We recommend ensuring that all equipment, especially food-related items, are well maintained, clean, and free from rust for future events, to maintain CaterSpot’s service quality and food safety standards.

We look forward to have a more spacious table arrangement from Sofnade for the creative CNY blessing card counter and also Kueh Pie Tee DIY Live station next time.

The overall experience was excellent — from the quality and taste of the food, to the service standard, event setup, and presentation. The setup was beautifully done and well-received. However, the service speed was slow, leading to a long queue for our staff. Drinks had too much ice, finishing after just a few sips, and the black pearls were slightly hard in the center. We had paid for additional manpower, but the flow remained slow. Although our CaterSpot team offered support, the part-time Chinese lady initially declined due to space constraints and only accepted after further explanation. We hope future arrangements can be better coordinated to reflect the extra manpower cost and ensure a smoother, more efficient experience.

We engaged a waffles live station for our recent new lounge opening event on 19th Aug 2025 and were very pleased with the experience. The setup was smooth, and the team was professional and efficient. Most importantly, the waffles were delicious — the quality and taste met our expectations perfectly. Our staffs enjoyed the freshly made waffles, and the live station added a nice interactive touch to the event. Given the positive feedback and overall satisfaction, we will definitely consider arranging it again for future occasions.
