We had missed the 48 hours mark for this order but thankful that Caterspot managed to coordinate with the vendor to make this happen. The food was presentable for our overseas guest and the taste was good too. Portion was just about right
We recently ordered from So Pho for a company lunch and appreciated that the main dishes and drinks were clearly and visibly labelled. Overall, the food was enjoyable, especially the summer rolls and pho, which were well received. We did have some feedback that the rice dishes felt a bit stale. One area that could be improved is the sauce labelling. Currently, sauces are labelled by dish number, which made it a bit tedious to cross-reference. It would be much more convenient if they were labelled by dish name or recipient's name instead.
Left out cutleries. To inform caterer, they completely left out disposal forks & spoon, with no even 1 piece
Prompt, liked that notification sent when delivery is on the way. Great that delivery came on time

Food is good and portion is big. Only downside, it the food delivery to us late by 40mins.
