“Good value and quality of food, however the items arrived an hour before stated time”

Good value and quality of food, however the items arrived an hour before stated time, and pick up is fixed at 2.5 hours later. Our team eats quite late, so the food coming early means that they have a shorter lunch before the items are being picked up. Hopefully the food can come more on time in future!
