While there are many other penang options in Singapore, especially fried keow tiao. I will say the wok hei blow my mind off.. I wonder where was this chef from. So the verdict is..noodles right texture and doness, veg is not over cooked, prawn is good quality. I had it without chili to really experience the flavour. Truly one of the best fried keow tiao, I ever had.
