I've make order.. I've make order for 5 days the 1st 2 days was good and today i was told that the food is terrible!

Food portion is ok. The Pork is hard and dry. Chicken and fish are good. The rice is nice too.

Bento rice was hard, beef was salty.

Food is nice, hence, disposable cutlery are not provided!

No cutlery or napkins were provided. portions were too small

This is my first time ordering from caterspot and I was impressed with the many options they provided. Most impressed was how they keep me updated on my order. The day before my event, an email reminder was sent to reassure me that they are preparing my order. Another email was sent when the order is on the way and delivery person's contact was provided. These 'progress' updates are very helpful and kept me calm so that I can concentrate on running my event smoothly. I will definitely be using them again for my further events!
