The setup and decorations were absolutely fantastic! We were especially impressed with the use of live, real flowers in the design, it added such elegance and freshness to the event. The team even provided one manpower on-site, ensuring everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. The food quality was excellent, with the fried rice being a clear favorite among guests. We received overwhelmingly positive feedback, and the entire experience was seamless and well-executed. Truly outstanding work!

The overall support from Oh’s Farm and CarerSpot is Good especially on the set up which is impressive for our Racial Harmony Day high tea event. Just to comment the following may improve further as whatI receive ftom our staff: 1. Muah Chee Live Station-should come with Muah Chee cutter instead f scissors by just applying some fried onion oil on each cut/chop. So, the Que of the staff can be shorter and the chef also will not that tired in cut it one by one. 2.The hot teh tarik and cold bandung taste can be more stronger and richer taste. The same apply on the sandwiches and Mala pop corn chicken the same, the taste can be much stronger. 3. The portion of the food is lesser than what we expect from 1 : 1.5 which feedback on the spot while food display. Again, overall is good especially the set up, hope to see you in next event. While Oh Farm's food was good the setup staff arrived too early which was a it of a problem as it would mean we would have a shorter consumption time since the event only started 2 hrs later, we were also unable to allow setup as the venue was not ready. It was a little hard to communicate with the staff as language was a barried. However, Caterspot's account manager (Terence) helped us sort out the timing and setup issue. Very grateful for his help!
food is oily, vege overcooked, dessert tang yuan lumpy and peanut floating, then yam ring is too messy after scoop out, tahu is salty , tasteless efu noodle. Chicken is the best!!!

Just a feedback that the caterer supposed to keep the setup at 3pm however, only came close to 5pm.
The server do not have any experience and have zero knowledge about this dishes. The pani puri was too salty at the start as she is missing (she is not aware) sweet sauce have to put in as well. Our Indian colleague checked and guide her how to do later on to make it better but overall feedback from Indian colleague was the green thick sauce is too salty. We already requested at the beginning no plastic/one time waste packaging. Caterer could prepare bowl/plate for their own use. E.g: They prepare 3pcs "finishing product" as display to show non-indian employee how this food look like which we highly appreciated but it is place in a plastic plate (one-time waste) and the plastic bowl/plate/spoon are place on the table. The presentation is good and the set-up crew came early to do the set-up.

I couldn't be more impressed! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented with fresh flowers. Each dish was a perfect blend of flavors, and our guests were raving about the variety and quality. The team was incredibly professional and were attentive to all our needs. Our guests loved it. Some of dishes did not taste good for eg: Kung Bao Chicken was soggy, normally this dish is a little crispy. Overall the feedback was not good today.
The food portion is just nice, so there is no any food waste! The food is delicious, not oily at all!
The dessert Christmas pudding with caramel sauce turns out to be just fruit cake without the sauce. The vegetarian stew was potatoes with tomato gravy. There are also roasted potatoes with herbs. This turns out like a duplicate. A proper vegetable stew of cabbage, carrots and long beans for example will be good.

Food and setup was really good but lack of manpower. Food was really good, fish especially. Setup was pleasant. However only one person did the setup. As he was rushing for time, put too many things on the trolley. Hence causing a spillage accident to happen. Will be better if they can deploy 1 more person for the setup. Or even, slightly adjust their manpower to ease their schedule, so that their staff won't feel so stressed for time.
