The taste and bite sized / mini pancake is good but it arrived very cold. It is clearly taken out from fridge before delivery. Will be nice if it's being warmed up before delivery.
First time using Caterspot to deliver corporate order breakfast, was anxious if order was not confirmed 1 day before, however, the chatbox agent was prompt and reassured that merchant will confirm the order by a certain timing. Delivery timing was punctual, and received a call as per instructed. Driver was polite and professional over the phone.
Everything was OK. Their updates were prompt and driver contacted us upon arrival.
