Incredibly tasty and fresh fusion food that excites the palate. Relying on the friendly staff's recommendations for my meal, we got the Chicken Rice Chilli Salmon and Goma Tuna, paired with Miso Butter Corn and Wakame on a bed of Japanese coleslaw. To complete this indulgent experience, the whole shebang is topped off with an onsen egg. - The CRC Salmon pairs local flavous with a sashimi classic in an interesting way, you get a tangy party in your mouth with the chilli providing a kick. - Then comes the Goma Tuna with toasted almond flakes which chases a familiar sashimi flavour and texture with creaminess, ending with a crunch. I never was one for Tuna sashimi but this is a game changer. - The Wakame salad was a revelation, crunchy ocean goodness amidst velvet sashimi. Baby corn with butter miso? It doesn't get any better. Loved the experience, Katto has brought together many contemporary flavours in a form of fusion that succeeds on many levels.

    “...i totally love it.”

    Ever since i return from hawaii , i miss their pokè, i chance upon this stall online and decided to give it a try with my friends. Their creamy goma (tuna) was very similar to what i had back in hawaii ...i totally love it. CRC salmon was surprising great ... a local twist for this dish.

        I'll admit, I'm not a huge sashimi fan... but the main box I tried today was excellent. The fish (tuna, salmon) was extremely fresh, and were well-complemented with the familiar-tasting sauces. Coupled with the sides and the brown rice, the meal was filling and satisfying.
