We are return customers - noticed the same problem (ie. box will get wet and fries soggy as well). The chicken burger is still tasty and loved by staff but beef burger still dry. Hope to see some improvements the next time when we order.
Food was surprisingly quite tasty. We ordered beef, chicken and tofu burger - both chix and tofu burger were much tastier than beef. Some boxes were wet from vapour and food items became soggy which was a disappointment.

I ordered both types of chicken wings and they are both delicious. My guests particularly liked the spicy ones. Chicken burger was also very good, chicken is tender. Kimbap was very good. I do wish that kimbap could be a separate order too so that I can order more.

Good food! Good service with timely update. Bothered to call and foretell the delivery delay and stated the legitimate reason. the delay cause the food not to be to piping hot anymore but fortunately the good taste made up for it and it was still a great party.

Good value! The tofu salad and tofu burger is super yummy.....for what my friend and I ate, it's good value!
Seriously the best Korean fast food ever! Tried the Bibimbap Beef and its quite good although the beef serving is on the downside other than that, the Chicken and Bingsu ice cream is also tasty!
Great for gatherings! The taste of the soy garlic and spicy wings is just right, not too salty which many other Korean chicken dishes tend to be. The 50 piece box is great for gatherings!
Still the best. First time trying jinjja chicken. I'm surprised by the chicken burger set meal. Their chicken burger still maintain freshness and tenderness even after I brought back to my office. I had tried many different burgers, so far this is still the best. "Craving for More"!!
Another good option for korean fried chicken. Will come back for more.
