Delivery guy was professional and helpful! Bento are kept in a warmer bag which is very good :)

Portion size too little, but it's nicely packaged and labelled. Delivery came with a insulated bag.

Delicious Food. Good portion, food was delicious and the Chicken Thai Green Curry was fantastic!

The delivery guy was very helpful in unpacking the food and to go thru the order to ensure nothing is missing. To ensure vendors check our order is correct and to provide sufficient disposable cutlery, and also during pick up.

Food taste flavourful. First time ordering from Jai Siam, glad that they were able to take in my order with a short lead time. Food taste flavourful.

In the set suppose to have mango sticky rice but we did not received it. Was looking forward to it and if it is sold out, will be nice if they informed us.

Generally, everyone enjoyed the food as it was delicious but some felt the portion was too little for for them. No it was easy to find a caterer in Caterspot.

Caterer is good. We have monthly order but this time the delivery is very late and driver had forgot table cloth and went back to get it and waste of 15mins going up and down.

Everyone loved the food from Jai Siam! What I loved most was that they cater to both vegetarians and non-vegetarian. Taste of all the food was delicious. Only thing is I hope to be able to customize the menu further next time as the options on the DIY menu seemed limited (desserts). Would definitely recommend Jai Thai to family and friends! :)

Food quality but quantity seems very little & they added pork floss though asked for specific vegetarian pineapple rice.

Delivery is on time. Food tastes great. However, may have contained a tad too much MSG.
