portion small for curry chicken and dessert , insufficient food for pax ordered. fish was slightly dry and would be great to have more accompanying sauces

Food was very tasty and this time round, vendor adhered to request and managed to serve non-spicy veg for some bento sets. Only setback was the lid is not tightly closed for most of the sets and very flimsy.
Th food was good, but the Lalamove driver was unpleasant. He called 2 hours ahead of arrival, asking if someone could pick the items up from him in the driveway. He called again asking for instructions. He delivered the items in a huff, exclaiming that he couldn’t use the service lift as he drove a private car. Wehave countless deliveries everyday, but none as troublesome as his.
Most of the Bento covers are loose and do not fit tightly. The cover is too flimsy.

The food came better than expected. It is aesthetically pleasing, hence appetizing. All our guest from Japan, China and Italy loved it. Great for lunch for workshops and courses.
Overall is ok. Grilled chicken is tasty, crackers is crunchy but the sambal is salty. Received delivered email notice an hour prior to receiving the items which is quite misleading
1st time ordered from this vendor and it was good. The only disappointment was that we asked for non-spicy set but the long bean is still being served spicy so some of our staff could not eat the veg at all.
Need improvement on food taste, Satay & Omelette ok. Delivery is on time, need improvement on food taste - long beans is tasteless and pickles is too sour other than that the satay and omelette are ok.
