Caterer was early and set-up on-time. They also prepared servings in advance in anticipation of the surge of people coming in at the start. The passionfruit tea was more popular and finished first. The oolong milk tea was alright, received some feedback that it was rather mild tasting. Main factor behind our rating is the pearls; they were inconsistent with some being too hard and they clumped together over time.
