. The food was humble yet packed with flavour. The Otah was juicy and tender. The Assam Fish Head was not overpoweringly sour but had a rich, slightly tangy and tender fish - truly memorable! We loved the comforting taste of the Chap Chye too. Every dish tasted like a home-cooked Nyonya meal.
