Not all instructions are followed. Some of my colleagues are picking out stuff from their food.
Requested for extra sauce on order slip but request was not acceded which is disappointing. Staff loved the fun of shaking the tub and food was tasty.
Good balance of fiber and protein. The food has a good balance of fiber and protein and uses environmentally friendly packaging. I have requested no cutlery to cut down carbon food print but the order came with the cutlery.

Everything is excellent with good food and on-time delivery
We ordered seared tuna and requested to be be fully cooked to avoid stomach problems and vendor was very prompt to respond and agreed. Rice portion is good for small eater/when you’re on diet but not enough to fill up another bigger eater or when you’re really hungry. But overall food is very tasty, will order from them again. Once we login and we need to chat with your CSO, I hope system should automatically recognize user and save us time and hassle such that we don’t have to type in name, email address and contact number.
The packaging is interesting and the way to shake the tub before eating is unique. Food was also good.

The food was good!!! The only thing is the individual packing was put in a carton box without a proper bag. The carton box could give way easily while carrying since the items were quite heavy and without a trolley. Perhaps a proper bag is provided next time to make it easier for the delivery person. Just my two cents thoughts! :-)
could improve in communication with the cafe. The request to change from egg to mushroom was not seen in the delivery though it was confirmed by e-mail, could improve in communication with the cafe.

Do Si Rak delivers quality food with good packaging and instructions, albeit the portion is a little small for the price. I will certainly use them if my budget permits.

This is the first time we ordered Do Si Rak for the office and we all loved it. The ingredients were very fresh and tasty. The Bimbimbap sauces were so good! We will definitely reorder from them!
Everyone loved it and we may order from here more often! It was our first time trying out Dosirak and we all loved it! The vegetables are fresh and food is warm. The portion is also enough for each individual. Maybe you can have different sizes for people who eat slightly more. Like have a regular (current) and large size (1/2 cup more) for bigger eaters. I understand that it is a healthy food concept but for the chicken dosiraks, maybe can add chicken leg meat instead of only chicken breasts for those who have certain preferences. But overall everyone loved it and we may order from here more often
