The food was late as they didn't prepare our order beforehand. the delivery was delayed by 20min. The order came by there were 2 missing items and 2 of my colleagues couldn't join us for the lunch. For a order of 14 pax, 2 pax didn't get to have lunch, which is disappointing. Will not order again definitely. The food isn't great too.

The portion per set was just nice to fill the appetite of one adult person. This was my second order, though I did find the chilli a bid tad spicy. It’s just my own personal perception

They are timely in their delivery. Caterspot update us on the status of the order on the day before the delivery, they updated us again on the day of delivery and informed us once the food is collected. They are timely in their delivery
