The food arrive our office hot. The thermal bag provided manage to keep our food warm even after an hour of its arrival. Overall the food was tasty with a bit of feedback that the pork was on a chewy side. Each bento box was clearly labelled and pack accordingly.

Delivery was delayed abit but not an issue, item was well packed and received in good condition. Staff feedback food was good.

Food quality & quantity is good & adequate. Good if can leave the bento boxes in the thermal bag so food can be kept warm vs removing the bento boxes as often food is not immediately consumed. Typically we will follow the agenda for lunch break, that can be 30-45 mins. after food is delivered.
Food was still warm when delivered but spillage from Bento box so caterer need to consider better packaging. Best platform, very reliable. Provide update on delivery so can entirely leave to their care w/o having to worry or follow up on my delivery order in between my work

The food was quite good and it is still warm when it arrived. only thing was the rice was still a little bit hard but not a big deal.
