Service: Deducted 1 star because food was packed in used carton box; could be a little unhygienic. Food: Ordered a 30 pax mini tea buffet but the dessert (Longan grass jelly) couldn't even feed 10 pax. The entire box of dessert was just 1 big cube of ice to make it look "full & presentable". When we took out the ice cube, it's only 1/4 of the dessert that's left in the box. The fried mee goreng was too wet and soggy. However, the rest of the food was good. Especially the fried banana fritters was a thumbs up x10.

“The service of the caterer and food was excellent but the delivery person (third-party) was a total nightmare.”

He threatened to cancel the delivery several times if there is no one to pick up the food from him at the lift lobby at the ground floor. The order was supposed to be delivered to our office. Extremely rude and beyond reasoning. Caterer was able to turn around the situation quickly and manage to find another delivery team last minute.
