“Pleasant Experience!”

We ordered 4 platters and all the food were delivered on time, food presentation was nicely displayed. Many who have tasted the items were pleased with the qualities. One item received the best compliments as a pleasant surprise (red bean w banana). Overall the food were tasty and worth the money.

    “Fish & Chicken had some smell”

    90% negative feedback from my staff. Fish & Chicken had some smell. So not a good sign. Vegeterian Meal was fine.

    “Caterspot service is great. But the caterer's (Orange Lanterns) food is a tad too oily.”

    The good parts: Mango salad was healthy and delicious. Pastries were beautiful with great presentation. The not so good: Battered prawns and the fried rice were too oily.

    “Order arrived on time ”

    Order arrived on time however food was disappointing. Chicken was tough so was rice paper wrap, grilled pork was too salty. Added 1 bento set & dessert was missing.

    Delivery was on time. Delivery person called to inform his ETA before delivery which is a great service. Food delivered was packed nicely except the bo bo cha cha that was slightly spilled over in the plastic bag. Drinks were not chilled at all, would be nice if they were delivered chilled at least. Imagine drinking un-chilled coke? Yikes. Feedback for grilled chicken and beef were good. However the fish was very small piece. For a bento over $13/box, it's not value for the price. Paper roll was chewy to bite. Mango salad is tasty though.
