Ordered the mini buffet for my daughter's birthday celebration last Sunday. The whole end to end process of ordering online, discussion with the consultant, even changing orders and food delivery was a breeze. Eunice Oon, the consultant, was polite, helpful and very efficient. Mr Lim Fong Boon who delivered the order was on time, helpful and very pleasant. The food was nicely packed so serving was a breeze.

      “My whole experience from ordering to clean up was a breeze”

      I used Neo Gardens for my son's 2nd birthday. My whole experience from ordering to clean up was a breeze. The sales person Chon Loong replied to my ever changing request with great attitude and promptness. The delivery staff contacted me an hour before to introduce themselves and gave exact time that they will be here, they were prompt and set up was above my expectations. I ordered for 35 people. There were bout 8 kids in the mix. Portion was very generous, we had more than enough to eat n even had enough for guest to bring home which they gladly did as the food was delicious. Clean up crew came promptly and did a wonderful n efficient clean up. I am so impressed with the quality of their food and service I am going to use them for Christmas again. Thank you!
