      “It is convenient to order for group of people.”

      12 food orders are correct, but not labeled. It is stupid to force customer to open each crepe to see what is inside. Please make sure each restaurant label each box of food properly.

        The beef schnitzel meat is tough and dry, the seafood paella box was too small and wet when the food got delivered to us. We prefer to substitute the soup with something else.

        “My bosses LOVE it.”

        I had this ordered for our business event of 13pax and given its a big meeting you wouldnt want to screw up and get scolded by boss. Caterspot brought assurance that it will be delivered by sending reminder emails a day before and on the day itself. Followed by SMS if you provided them with it on the website too. The delivery even called to ensure all is alright and ready to come up. The setup was good and no 'deform' looking food. My bosses LOVE it.

        “Missed out on the bacon for the baked potato.”

        Missed out on the bacon for the baked potato. And the disposable cutlery as well though I has clearly requested it with each item. Otherwise everything else was perfect.
