The food is nice but only the food container doesn't come with the proper cover ,my request for separate sauce oso not done.

Ordered for 30 pax, didn't receive enough plates that can cater for at least a 2nd round for all guests. Utensils ran out shortly and there were too little drinks to go around. Opened the container and noticed 3/4 were filled with ice cubes. Huge disappointment. Further, I am suppose to receive a refund of $108 for reducing the no. of pax since last Wednesday but have yet to receive it. Lastly, was upset that food was indicated to be consumed by 8pm when the party only starts at 7pm. Not trying to blame Katong Catering but some of my friends and I had diarrhea since last night. My mum also mentioned that one of the dishes has turned sour even before consumption. Nonetheless, service was great. Just hope that it doesn't happen again and ruins any other 21st birthday party.

“Dispappointing”

Seriously, they disappointed us. By giving wrong item, and not informing the customer to change the order. We ordered fruit punch but they provided us coca cola and green tea which we never drink acidic drinks or can drinks. Lack of disposable plates , spoon, fork, small bowl, tissue, no cups for drinks, serving spoon. The food portion too little. We always cater for our company makan session , only this katong catering disappointed us. Food taste is OK.
