Call it inspiration or divine intervention, when the opportunity came to revisit our concept in Bukit Batok, we discovered our inkling for Greek food. The concept of a family affair, the notion of a healthy diet, and most importantly the taste. The blends of peppers, citruses, oils, cheeses, and grilled meat orchestrate in tandem to set it apart from other cuisines.

Oh, and dipping the pita with that olive oil. You can almost call it the grace of the gods. Don’t fret though, we’ve still got Greek-inspired burgers, pasta and pizzas.
