Caterspot is responsive to their customers request. But this order was extremely upset as the main order for Gluten Free daily bowl was not being delivered.

I've ordered from Da Paolo Gastronomia twice now and I've always been impressed with the quality of the food. It's always neatly packed and presented. However, I do have a suggestion for the team: it would be helpful if you could indicate the orders on the bowls as well. Currently, the team only writes on the box, but since the bowls are in plastic, there's no way of identifying which dish is which. I always have to print out the menu from Caterspot to match the photo and the actual order, which can be quite inconvenient. It would be great if the restaurant could start adding a simple written note with a black permanent marker to the bowls to solve this issue. Thank you for considering this suggestion!

Second time ordering but this time round got missing items and received them after an hour later. Overall, the foods have been well received by clients. Would like to encourage more caterers joining Caterspot.

Reliably good food

Food was really good, a wide selection of breads, pizzas, all day breakfasts, desserts, beverages and other random snacks. A good stop if you happen to be near botanics mrt station. Servings were large, complimentary water provided. Latte was great! Had seats on a weekday afternoon, but is very crowded on weekends.

Veggies with a twist! Love their spicy olives and Brussels sprouts. The food is delicious! Served and priced by UOM. Relatively expensive but worth it.

Good menu with some great choices, stylish design, friendly service. Demand for seating seems higher than what is available. Some of the floor space is under utilized, looks like a couple more tables can be easily fitted in.

A rather nice cafe/restaurant in Bukit Timah. Prices are relatively high. The service is good; food is delivered relatively fast and the staff is friendly.

Love the great service here though a little steep the quality of the food is good. Not that packed usually so it is a great way to lounge around.

Favorite "quiet spot" with good breakfast options. Relaxed atmosphere, incredibly pleasant staff members and wholesome foods make this one of my favorite cafés in Holland Village.

Great place for a coffee break and dinner take-outs accompanied by good service.
