Pre-order customer service was prompt and my queries were solved. Delivery was half an hour early than expected delivery time. Food was good and serving was right, just slightly dry. Would be good to have more gravy. Thank you for the pleasant exeperience.

Food was good and tasty, except for the money bag.. it tasted like aged oil. Otherwise, the food was very tasty and my guests were happy. Caterspot's customer service is generally very good and staffs were very helpful.

The food prepared were of a good quality. This shows that they do not cut corners. Excellent work ethic that will serve them well if they continue to prepare at this standard :)
