“Some of the guests did not like it”

It can be a hit or miss when catering for large groups. While the majority did not comment, a handful were vocal with their feedback. Half liked it, the other half didn't. There were also comments that the fish was a little bland, the items served and the packaging (styrofoam box) made it look cheap and not worth the price paid, different meats cooked in the same Bulgogi gravy was not authentic compared to another caterer who did a better job. In a nutshell, there was one too many negative comments received, so I won't be ordering in bulk again.
