      “Food was cold”

      Delivery arrived 15mins earlier, which was reasonable. However, pizza and pasta came cold as they were not in any thermal insulator bag, which was quite disappointed. Pasta was in a big container and portion was generous. Waffle and cheese stick which were packed in a small box, were too little.
